We calculated current customers of large life insurance companies to ask for shopping for life insurance and customer satisfaction. We also wanted to select the same company.
New York Life is the best life insurance company in our study. For overall satisfaction from customers, it topped the average rating of 5 stars on the chart.

In life insurance companies included A X A Equitable, Guardian Life and Pacific Life have the highest percentage of customers. In fact, they said that they would not reconsider customers in the Pacific Life account.

We asked customers whether they had used their company's website to get information about life insurance or their own policies. (85% of the customers were surveyed), the State Farm Life Site received the highest rating
